The closed joint-stock company "Inmar"
founded in December, 1993, has selected the basic rendering
services to participants of foreign trade activities in customs
as practically a major kind of offering for itself. As a legal
basis for this purpose was acceptance in 1993 of the Customs
Code of the Russian Federation which regulated an opportunity
of commercial activity in customs business on the following
strictly licensed directions: the organization of warehouses
of temporary storage (WTS) and customs warehouses, the customs
broker (intermediary), a customs carrier.
Taking into account geopolitical features
of the Kaliningrad area and the fact of creation on its territories
the free economic zone, Joint-Stock Company "Inmar"
has organized the activity as the owner of a warehouse for temporary
storage (WTS) and the customs broker (intermediary) having received
the appropriate licenses from the State Customs Committee of
the Russian Federation. These two kinds of services and the
department of customs registration of the Kaliningrad customs
house included within Joint-Stock Company "Inmar"
have lain in an essentials of creation on the basis of our enterprise
the customs terminal where any participant of foreign trade
activities, in one place, has an opportunity to pass full customs
registration of export-import cargoes and to receive a full
package of services and consultations necessary for it. Applying
and developing high technologies, equipping the terminal by
the modern equipment, constantly raising a professional level
of employees and quality of given services the Joint-Stock Company
"Inmar" not only had reduced time of customs registration
of cargoes for about 1-2 day, but also had considerably simplified
procedure of customs registration for its clients.
In result, for the 10-years period of activity
for the "Inmar" customs terminal it was turned into
the large Centre of customs registration (CCR) as the one of
third working CCRs in territory of Kaliningrad area and making
out about 40 % of cargoes incoming in region; for the department
of customs registration placed on our areas was imparted the
status of a separate customs post - a customs post "Moscow"
of the Kaliningrad customs house; on the CCR it is register
out approximately 2000 enterprises in the area, among which
there are such large ones as: "Vester", "Baucenter",
"West Style ", joint-stock company "AO Moloko",
"Rossban", "Holmrock", "Yantarniy Skaz".
For now days the Joint-Stock Company "Inmar",
proceeding from objective necessity and prospects of development,
has generated on its basis the group of companies, namely:

The owner of a warehouse for the temporary storage
including the outdoors 15900 sq. m site able to contain
simultaneously up to 150 cargo 20-ton waggons and the
indoors 2300 sq. m. warehouse equipped according to
requirements of customs bodies;

The customs broker (intermediary) having the group
of experts in customs registration of 1 and 2 categories.
All experts have degrees of training in Moscow customs
academy and were certificated by the State Customs Committee
of the Russian Federation.

- Open Company "Inmar-Soft" - The division
of the software and the development, which had created the
automated information system accepted by the State Customs
Committee of the Russian Federation as AIST-M and introduced
in customs bodies on all territory of the Russian Federation.
- Open Company "Inmar-Standard" - The division
successfully developing and engaged together with CSM, Commercial
and industrial chamber, SAS and other expert organizations
by rendering of services in establishing on CCR a various
sort of the examinations necessary for passage of customs
registration for cargoes.
- Private Security Company "Inmar-Garant"
- the specialized and licensed division for round-the-clock
protection of objects, cargoes and personnel of CCR and
all group of the companies.
In terms of the new customs code entered in action since
January, 1, 2004, Joint-Stock Company "Inmar" continues
working as the customs broker having received the certificate
of inclusion in the Register of customs brokers № 000083\0083\00
and the CCR owner under working license № 10205\100001.
Now Joint-Stock Company "Inmar" renders the following
