Procedure of preliminary informing consists in formation of an electronic kind of the document containing the information on the goods and a vehicle, and its granting in service of customs before actual arrival of the goods on customs territory of the Russian Federation.
Application of technology of preliminary informing of customs services about the moved goods and vehicles allows:
- to simplify and raise efficiency of customs registration;
- to reduce term of performance of customs formalities in check points through Frontier to 15-20 minutes;
- to accelerate procedure of reception of the documents necessary for registration of internal customs transit;
- to guarantee reliability of the transferred information;
- in a complex to supervise transportations of the goods;
- to accelerate delivery of the goods to the consumer.
